Our a.c.went out during a storm and on the weekend. Mr. King answered and even though he couldn’t come out that day, he tried multiple ways to help me fix it over the phone. It wasn’t anything we could do, but they came out the very first thing the next morning. Lightning had taken out a part that needed to be ordered. They fixed it so it would run, but were going to set us up with window air units if not. It was all during a heat wave. I appreciate them calling us multiple times updating, showing up promptly, no unnecessary work, and great overall. Thank you to your family run business for your kind and professional service!

Responded quickly and came out to diagnose the problem the same day. Was able to get parts and complete the repair the next day. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality, speed and professionalism of the staff at King Air. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. HVAC had an issue in the morning and couldn't cool the house anymore. KAS managed to come out the same day I called and got everything fixed up, gave on tips on upkeep/maintenance. Strongly recommend. Thanks guys.

We have used this business multiple times in the last few years. The owner is a personal friend of mine and he does excellent work, he is very professional, any also does a lot for his community. This is the highest 5 star rated AC heating company in the area in my opinion and I would not suggest using anybody but king air

Overall a good experience but not the over $9,000 dollar price tag for a new 4 ton inside outside unit i could have gotten the same unit and 200 dollar thermostat done alot cheaper from multiple companies do your research and quotes if your on a budget im all for supporting local hometown small businesses but good lord that was tooooooo expensive and I should have known better

I’ve used King Air several times over the years for little repairs and maintenance. John is always there when he says he will be, and his pricing is fair. There are some less expensive options out there, but with King Air, I know I’m getting a technician with years of experience that can fix my problem, and by using them, my money stays right here in Santa Rosa County. I’d recommend to anyone!

King Air was very helpful and troubleshot an issue with my ac system. I initially thought my entire system would have to be replaced however, after they came out, it was discovered to be a single component that needed to be replaced. I was given clear and accurate expectations of the time to get my AC going again. There were no surprises. King Air was very professional in every interaction I have had with them. I will always use King Air for my AC issues.

Great response when our old inside unit quit cooling - got us fixed enough to be cool in 24 hours! Then in 2 weeks we had Kings replace that old unit - they worked hard and long in really intense heat but never lost their senses of humor, got it installed, cleaned up after themselves and the price was fair. Thanks King Air Systems!

I recently had my A/C repaired by King Air and They did a great job at getting my A/C back up and running. John King was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade.
